Zhaohui Li, Professor

Dr. Zhaohui Li is a full professor at Zhengzhou University. He obtained his Ph.D. degree at Hunan University in 2007. After then, he did his postdoctoral training at Tufts University and in Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Dr. Li joined Zhengzhou University in 2011 and was promoted to a full professor in 2012. He currently serves as vice dean of College of Chemistry, deputy director of Green Catalysis Center, director of institute of analytical chemistry for life science, executive director of Henan Joint International Research Laboratory of Green Construction of Functional Molecules and Their Bioanalytical Applications, and executive director of Institute of Chemical Biology and Clinical Application at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. He serves on a number of journal editorial boards including Analytica Chimica Acta, Chinese Chemical Letter, Journal of Analysis & Testing. He has authored over 200 peer-reviewed papers, 4 book chapters and 30 patents. His research interest is to develop functional biomaterial and state of the art nanotechnology for biomedical imaging, disease diagnosis as well as cancer therapy.
